Stephanie is a skilled and dedicated paralegal with a Paralegal Studies degree earned from Virginia Western Community College. With experience working for both defense and plaintiff law firms, Stephanie has developed a well-rounded understanding of the legal landscape. This unique background allows Stephanie to approach cases with a balanced perspective, combining strong research skills, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to supporting the team in achieving favorable outcomes for clients. 

In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children whether it is cooking with the kids, going on a family hike, or taking a trip to experience new adventures. If she finds a quiet moment, you will find a book in her hands.

Jennifer comes to First Truth Law with over 35 years of legal experience in virtually every area of law including litigation, immigration, estate planning, and domestic matters. She holds a BS in Criminal Justice and has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for the 23rd Virginia Circuit.

Jennifer is a proud mother of three adult children and one grandpuppy and shares her life with three rescue dogs and one adorably unruly Doodle puppy. She and her husband enjoy any and all outside adventures, including hiking, kayaking, gardening, and outdoor concerts – almost always with at least one dog in tow.

Lidia graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS in Psychology and Criminology. While in school, Lidia worked as a resident advisor, trained to foster a sense of community and inclusivity. She has also volunteered at several places, such as retirement homes, Hispanic non-profit agencies, and local community hubs. Because of her previous work and volunteering experience, Lidia ensures to approach all clients with empathy and an open ear. She is a hard-working member of the team whose priority is to ensure that our clients have a reliable liaison.

During her free time, Lidia enjoys staying active through recreational boxing and MMA. Music and art are also big parts of Lidia’s life, so you may find her either playing her acoustic guitar or drawing in her sketch pad after a day of work. On the weekends, Lidia dedicates herself to giving back to the community, whether volunteering at local non-profits or taking a dog out on a day trip through the Regional Center for Animal Care & Protection.
